Even with an appointment I had to wait a half an hour before I could even check in. The technicians took more time diagnosing up charge items instead of doing the oil change which is the only one thing that I ordered. I had also asked them to look at my axles which they failed to do. To say that I am very disappointed is an understatement.

Aya was very helpful in helping me with a problem I was having in trying to find a spare tire for my 2025 Prius. She went above and beyond helping me try to solve my problem even though it is a problem that Toyota does not have spare tires compatible for my car which is very disappointing.
