I had an appointment at 9:30 I arrived at 9:15 for oil change and rotation of tires I was informed that there was a recall on a camera so I went ahead and okay for them to do it I waited almost 3 hours and I went up to the desk and asked the gentleman how much longer it was going to take cuz I had to go to work never once did he tell me we're running behind computers are slow whatever excuse no I have to go up there after 3 hours and find out what was going on I wasn't a very happy camper by then
I just wish I could have got a heads up that it was going to be that long maybe an after an hour an hour and a half I wouldn't have been so upset
