Received the service video that had so much background noise the audio explanation was ineffective. The text message also listed services the dealer was recommending but I couldn’t make contact with the dealership to clarify the necessity. First left a message to get a call back. There was no call. Got through to the switchboard. Was told Joe was with a customer and would call back. Honestly, I don’t know if he got the message but there was no call. Finally got Joe on the third call. Got explanations and picked up the car.
