My car roof got scratched from the magnetic appointment times that get put on your car when you get there. Also, for some reason, tires got inflated to the wrong PSI. I had to reinflate them when I got home. Not sure if the tech checks tire pressures or if it was a coincidence.

Much of what was recommended is not needed. I have a new ac system and compressor installed by Leith Toyota two months ago, I got brake fluid service a few months ago. These items were recommended. Also, I never received the text with the video of the suggestions. Also, I did not get an alignment report to know what was done.
