No Thank you, we do not wish to be contacted. We are unhappy with a 3 hour wait for an appt we had scheduled at 9:30am. Our car didn’t go in until after 10:45. We are not able to drop our car and leave, we live an hour and fifteen minutes away. It’s ridiculous to even give an appt if you’re not planning on keeping to it. Very disappointing, dissatisfied & overall aggravated!!

Always have satisfactory service, but last visit waited over 4 hrs for routine servicing, which normally takes 1-1.5 hrs//used to be $45, $75 & now $90– which is fair nut unexpected. Service costs should be posted somewhere. The texting procedure is not practical if client phone not working, messaging sent from front desk to mechanic that client declined any repairs not received/confirmed. I noticed van was off rack for quite some time so inquired & mechanic was waiting for me to respond & didn’t see text from manager. The texting system works fine to let you know vehicle is ready or if consultation needed when servicing is complete. Further details should be discussed in person. Maybe consider having charging stations in waiting areas, or use intercom system calling name or assigned number. Technology is great until it’s not. I know service dept was really busy & everyone performed their job effectively—maybe utilize receptionist to notify customers to when direct communication is needed., to take some pressure off manager. These things just happen sometimes, but just wanted you to be aware of my experience. I appreciate everyone’s effort, professionalism & expertise.

Came in for an oil change, tire rotation and asked to have a tire checked cause it was losing air. After near an hour and twenty minutes I got a text for the repair and accepted the tire repair. At two hours of waiting I decided to go out and walk around and see my vehicle sitting outside so I go in and ask if my vehicle is finish and Rodney say no they are working on it you will get a text when it’s done. Unfortunately he seems to always be in a nasty mood. So finally just after two hours and forty I got a text I was ready to leave. Seems to be a long time for an oil change, tire rotation, and tire repair.
