I had an appointment at 8:30 in the morning and I was only getting an oil change and the 28 point inspection so I didn’t expect my car to take too long. It wasn’t that big of a deal but my car took almost 2 and a half hours, which maybe that’s normal but I didn’t think it should take that long.

It would have been helpful to hear details about the status of my vehicle. For example, tire status and brake pad status. The young kid just said here you go and handed me my key fob. He told me someone messed up my maintenance plan and so I only have one service visit left. That’s it-that’s the only information I received. Service has gone down hill since Ron Sloane left. I’m seriously thinking of just going to Fairmont to get my car serviced.

I booked my vehicle inspection at 11:30am, waited for 1 hour 35 min, i checked with the service people, I was told they haven’t assigned mechanist. I have to borrow the smart card and drove to work, then come back to pick up the car at 4:30PM. If I were informed the delay, I would have borrowed the smart car, without wasting 1 hour and 35 minutes waiting for the vehicle.
