Need to come back. Alignment seems not quite right. I called after I left and had driven a the vehicle a short way. I was told the service dept was closed and I need to call back later. I live an hour away and now need to return to get this alignment issue resolved.

Tyler welcomed me and made sure to save my summer tires. The print out for vehicle checklist and inspection could have been more detailed to reassure the customer that oil was checked, brakes were checked, fluid topped, etc. other than that, everything was great.

I brought my vehicle in for it's last tire rotation and 28 point inspection. I had them put on 4 brand new tires I brought with me. After picking my vehicle up, I noticed my windshield washer fluid was still low, which is odd because they are suppose to top up all liquids under the hood. Then looked at my tire pressure, 28 point inspection paper states there was 35 pounds in each tire, that was false, I had 31 punds in one, 39 in another, 36 in another , and 33 in another. I called, because it began to make me wonder have they EVER really done the service or just said they did and marked the box. I called with my concern about none of my fluids being checked especially oil and transmission, the response I got was not a sorry we will make it right, it was well can't check your transmission fluid anyways it's a sealed Transmission. Okay then why isn't it marked as such on the 28 point inspection paper I have. My break fluid was also not topped up or any other fluids. Makes me wonder if they actually ever did any of the 5 services I had.
