This is the 2nd time with Rodney Lambert as my Service Advisor. He is excellent! The whole service experience was text book from start to finish. There was no delay in signing in and the wait time estimated by Rodney was spot on. Even if I had a choice of dealers, I would still have my service performed here at Moses!

It took over a hour and a half to get my oil changed and then I had to ask if it was done or was there a problem. I was told he got interrupted several times and want able to inform me that the car was done. Unacceptable. Pay more attention to customers that are in your waiting room

Rodney was great. I worked in service departments for years one thing I have noticed at multiple dealerships is the customer has to go find their vehicle when picking up. We always pulled their car to them so we new there was no damage, car was clean and had valuable conversations prior to their departure. Just one idea to think about. Thanks, Terry.

Kristen is awesome the other people are kinda rude. I was to have a meeting about trading in my suv was texted someone would be with me shortly and for 1 1/2 hrs no one showed up and no other texts.. this was a better place when it was University Motors.

I originally had an appt on 11/15 and had to reschedule. I called in 7:40 am on 11/15 to reschedule and was told they had an opening on 11/16 at 1:30 so I took it. When showing up for my appt today they did not have me on their schedule. I told Rodney that was not my issue as I was told my appt had been rescheduled. He said that all scheduling is done through a call center and it has been an issue. He then asked if I was dropping it off or waiting. I stated I had to wait because I had no other vehicle so there was no other choice but to wait. He did make every effort to get me in for my service but advised again it could be a lengthy wait as they were backed up, again not my issue. It was my first service so it consisted of a tire rotation. When I got in my vehicle the heads up display was turned off and 3 out 4 tires were low on air. I would have thought that service means just that, you service the vehicle. Tire rotation, top off fluids and at least check to make sure tires had the correct pressure after rotating them. I have been a customer of University Toyota for a very long time. My family has purchased from the dealership on several occasions. We have 4 Toyotas in my immediate family currently and all have been serviced there and 2 were purchased there. I have never had issues under the care of University and really hope this is not the service as a new dealership owner that you will provide in the future.

I drove an hour for my appointment this morning, I told the person that I believed the code was for an exhaust temperature sensor because I had my husband use his scanner to see what the code was. We were not going to replace the part ourselves though as the vehicle is under warranty and I have never brought it back to the dealership for a thing. I sat for 2 hours and the only thing the tech did was clear the code and they said it was a code in the history as an O2 sensor. They said they test drove it and the code stayed clear. Well tonight after I got home, the check engine light is on again. It’s crazy that I will now have to bring the vehicle back when they could have taken care of it today if they would have listened to what I had said at all. Do other people enjoy coming to the garage and sitting for hours? I work full time and have a 1 year old child so it’s really inconvenient especially because it was agreed upon when I bought the car that any time I brought it for service I would be given a complimentary loaner but I guess that goes out the window after you sign the paperwork. Very disappointed in my first experience with the service department there when I’ve owned the car over 2 years and not had to bother them one time before.
