I was treated with respect and greeted with friendliness. I appreciate that very much. The young man who explained what was done to my car was very helpful and respectful. Older people often are talked down to, but that didn’t happen here. Even when I paid, I was told in advance that there was an extra charge on using a credit card and that a debit card would save me some money!!! Letting me know upfront the cost of something and then giving me options for ways to minimize cost was appreciated to someone like me who’s retired and on a fixed income. Good service all around.

Trans fluid flush, oil change, diagnostics and Tire rotation your tech broke two lug nuts off same wheel- shop did not offer to help me resolve the issue in any form. Instead I was sent on my way to find someone else to HELP ME resolve a PROBLEM your garage caused ME! Ordered new lug nuts ($50 ) Gwynn Tire in Fairmont WV removed broken lug nuts and replaced wheel studs, rotated tires on 5/22/2025. ($138.00). I am extremely disappointed and will find another Toyota dealership for all my future services additionally I plan on writing a truthful review on website and social media.
