I am sure that I will need to be sure my car holds up in performance before I can make a true assessment. The report said everything was good that they checked. And I would hope that holds true over the next 3-5 months.
Also, I do not remember meeting an Eric Jones. So it is hard to make any decision about him.
In general, it seems all the requirements were met. And all the people I spoke with were polite and pleasant.

Tech did not shut hood , did not remove vehicle tag numbers from dash and did not put next oil change mileage sticker on windshield, paid 188. $ for oil change , tire rotation and, and 2 air filters, all gravy. Do better.

Sad I had to waste a couple hours to see if my Rav actually needed parts replaced for recall. Sad I had to waste a couple hours to actually have said recall repaired.
But my biggest disappointment was both times trying to play Marco Polo to find my Rav in a parking lot full of vehicles. Sad they couldn’t have brought my car right to me!
