Reaching anyone in the service department by phone was impossible. It isn't the first time I've just been on hold for 15+ minutes waiting to schedule our talk to someone in the service department. This time we were on hold for 52 minutes. I filled out a text on the website and someone called us within 12 minutes of receiving that- we were still on hold when they called.
