Rodney doesn’t listen, thinks he’ he knows everything before you finish a sentence, then after service responds with a question as to why what he thought he heard didn’t work, but you never said that. And then the techs use the wrong hardware to fix the warranty issue and it fails when you get home, so you decide to go to the hardware store yourself and fix it. Really happy with my $40,000+ brand new vehicle warranty work. For the love of God, fire Rodney, and hire some decent techs.
