My car was unable to be driven home due to issues stemming from a service bulletin, which was the reason I took my car in. Blaine was honest with me about the entire situation, which I so appreciated. He was also honest that he had no idea what a timeline looked like. I loved that instead of being let down if the timeline wasn’t met. He was able to get me into a rental until the car is fixed, which is a blessing as I would have no transportation otherwise. He was very nice and sympathized with the situation. Many other employees around the dealership also offered me pastries, snacks, and drinks during my visit—I absolutely loved that. A bonus was that another local Toyota dealer said they were unable to do this, so I was happy to bring it here. Absolute 11/10 service, I’ve been taken care of here and I’m so happy I decided to bring my car here.
