I must say, was hoping when Brong vehicle in that Michael would still working there in the past I have experience dealing with him when I had purchased Toyotas from your dealership very please with his knowledge on service when it comes to Toyotas and was pleased to know when I came in, he was still working there I like him as a person, his knowledge, pleasant straightforward, and to the best of his ability he tries to help in every way possible when comes to repairs or service need to be done with your vehicle very pleased. He was still working there. I would not want to deal with another Service representative. No offense was sad to know he will be leaving. I believe next year but was going to leave me in good hands so that right there tells me a lot about him. Thank you for having such a professional with knowledge and experiences about Toyotas.

They pushed services my car did not need coming down to $600+ and as soon as I said I was only there for the services included in my warranty the service changed and I started being treated differently. I was not offered a car wash, and they almost let me leave with the car keys because they forgot to ask for it.
