Jesus was professional and very nice. I had a freaky occurence, my key fob fell thru some hole behind my emergency brake and went in the center console. Jesus explained everything they tried to do using a magnet, which would have saved me a little money, which I appreciated but they couldn't retrieve it so they had to take the console apart costing more labor time. I appreciate his honesty. Thank you.
