Mr. Gonzalez was very nice and helpful, I asked him for a complimentary car wash but when the attendant drove out my car it wasn’t washed. I told him about it and he said it would take another 30 minutes or so, I told him never mind and drove home, 2 hours later I got into my car for an appointment and noticed that the “MAINTENANCE REMINDER” is still showing on the screen so obviously it wasn’t reset.

Thank you !!! To Jovan ( service manager) and his team for fixing my 4-runner with no issues !! I originally had taken it to Findlay Toyota and they didn't even give me the time of day by the time they gave me a $2200 quote to fix what Toyota of Las Vegas did with no charge under my car warranty. You have won my loyalty as well as my families we all have Toyotas. We will no longer be traveling the extra miles to Findlay Toyota yet go down the street to Toyota of Las Vegas !! Once again thank you !! The picture is from Findlay Toyota they are a joke probably because they saw I was a woman they thought they could take advantage of me.
