The service was speedy and excellent, I had this car for about 11 months. It never backfired out of the exhaust that entire time today, it backfired 3 times
I am going to keep an eye on it.If the problem persists, I have to bring it to your attention. Thank you!

Dropped off my car at 8 am and by 1 pm I received no call to let me know what was going on. After several calls to Mr Juarez, he told me that he hadn't called my insurance provider to get authorization for the diagnosis. To me, waiting for 5 hours and not even receiving a courtesy call is not very polite or professional, in my opinion. Even if he was busy, it only takes a few minutes to call and tell me. I would of been ok with that but I got NOTHING... Customer service is just as important as service and I was very disappointed with him. I won't come back to that dealership.
