My experience the several times I’ve visited David Wilson Toyota has not been the greatest since service manger EJ has left. There is a lack of communication and excellent customer service. There is one young man name BRYAN who is not a service guy but helps with cars upon arrival for service. He's Always kind and very helpful. He does not ignore the costumers and treat customers with excellent customer service. I’ve come on several occasions been ignored or push from place to place. BRYAN has help me on several occasions .
I observed on each visit some of the unprofessionalism and deficient customer service.

The service was absolutely horrible!!! I was there for 5 dam hours. Oil change and break pads. Oil change was done and then they said my break pads were fine. They looked at them and they were bad, which I already knew that which is why I put it down on my service too. I paid over a thousand dollars, if I had received great service like the other customers were getting it wouldn’t bother me. I wasn’t offered any drinks or snacks like the other waiting customers were. I kept receiving false alerts about when my car would be finished and when it was ready it took them forever to bring it up. I don’t want someone else to have to experience the same thing as I did

As per my scheduled appointment I went back to David Wilson Toyota Las Vegas yesterday at 9am only to be told at noon that more time was needed to fix the moulding. Another appointment was set on Monday, September 9. I have no choice but to wait since I was not offered a car.

Upon my arrival, I showed that I have promotion on oil change synthetic oil for $49.95 and he took screenshots. When I was checking out that was taken off and also I was charged for wiper which I already purchased but later on, he canceled the charge.

Nathalie did not great me. I waited outside next to my vehicle for over 10 minutes. I had to go inside the building to ask if someone could help me. She was walking around with an ipad and texting on her cellphone. She looked annoyed and began to help me. All she asked me is what kind of service do i need. She never sat down with me evaluate what my vehicle needed. It is a good thing I already know what my vehicle needed. She allowed me to sit waiting for over 2 hours with NO UPDATE! She sat around with colleagues laughing, on her phone and walking around, instead of being proactive for her clients. I would not suggest using her as a service writer again. When i finally complained and asked her when my truck would be ready, she finally started to do her job.
