I had an appointment at 8am I was told by Kelli that it would by 1hour -1 1/2 hour waited almost 3 hours not sure what happened wasn't updated or anything. Never waited this long before with appointment very disappointing. Feel like I got scamed into being up sale to wait 3 hours ridiculous I would have just did the regular oil change if that's why it took longer. Also my car was not put thru the carwash is that service not offered anymore? I hope next time I go there for oil change it's not like this because I will regret have buying the oil change package
