The service advisor, Dan, was completely disconnected and the communication lacked courtesy at all. Waited for The shuttle service for 1.5 hour and ended up using Uber. “I already called him long ago” was the only feedback we heard. We will move back to Finley Toyota in the future.

Goos day i just got my Certified pre-owned 2020 CH-R 5 months ago and recently i went dor service, Sept.21,to be exact,they informed me that i don't have the engine cover assemby which is located right under the engine, i wouldn't know it when i bought it coz i don't think i have to check and scrutinize everything in detail when i walked-in your dealership and test drove it, so after the service rep told me about it i asked them if they can place one under the existing warranty since i just purchased yhe car,the service rep said its not covered and have to pay out of pocket for it. I purchased a certified pre owned so i won't have to deal with these type of problems but in your dealership i'm still going through with this type of difficulty. Please give me a definite resolution. Thank you.
