Dropped off my car at 8 am and by 1 pm I received no call to let me know what was going on. After several calls to Mr Juarez, he told me that he hadn't called my insurance provider to get authorization for the diagnosis. To me, waiting for 5 hours and not even receiving a courtesy call is not very polite or professional, in my opinion. Even if he was busy, it only takes a few minutes to call and tell me. I would of been ok with that but I got NOTHING... Customer service is just as important as service and I was very disappointed with him. I won't come back to that dealership.

This is the second time I’ve come to you. Both times, you failed to reset the “Maintenance Required” on my dashboard. Really?? Do I drive 25 miles back to you or to I ignore it for 5000 miles? Unacceptable. Finish your job.
