Visit #1-I brought my car in to be serviced because a system was malfunctioning. I spent 3 hours only to be told the part had to be ordered. A new appointment was set. Visit #2- After having my car for another 3 hours, the tech discovers the part is on back order. It should have been confirmed that the part was available before I even came for visit #2. The service guy (Dan) thought I was there for a general service and I had to remind him why I was there. This experience demonstrates a lack of attention to detail at the inconvenience of the customer. So far 6 hours and nothing has been resolved. I still have to come back and spend another 3 hours to get my car functioning properly.
