Came not only for the 30k service but to have the defect on the roof fixed but it was forgotten. Good thing that when the Sienna was returned to me I checked the rubber on the roof and found out that nothing was done to it. When I confronted Eduardo about it he scheduled me to return.

Your manager is a clown who wouldn’t honor a Toyota coupon so he has cost you a long term client. As a business owner I am glad to pass this on because if I had an incompetent manager in my ranks Inwould want to know.
