Eduardo Aguilar is always a pleasure to work with. He's professional, thorough, and his time estimates are always correct. My complaint is that my car wasn't washed again after I requested it to be washed. I know Eduardo put in the request. They just returned my car too soon. It is frustrating that something goes wrong almost every time, but Eduardo minimizes that and I appreciate his hard work.

The service person could’ve given me an alternative option that he decided to withhold from me for no reason which ended up in me having to pay for something that was avoidable. The person speaking was barley understandable they need to work on pronunciation and overall customer service.

I had a coupon for my oil change and they didn’t charge me the same rate and the guy had an attitude when I told him this bill had an error and not fixing the bill he try to belittle me buy saying he will pay the difference if I don’t have it and I told him it’s okay.
I come there every time that’s not good customer service
