2 our of the 3 reasons I brought my Toyota in were taken care of and the 3rd reason was not able to be completed was a part had to be ordered. I was told it was ordered and that if I came back within 2 or 3 days the task would be completed. Tomorrow I am calling for an appointment to have the last task done.

The only comment I have is the staff should not move the position of the drivers seat. They do not have to drive it very far. It’s annoying that I have to try to find my seat settings again

The service advisor, Dan, was completely disconnected and the communication lacked courtesy at all. Waited for The shuttle service for 1.5 hour and ended up using Uber. “I already called him long ago” was the only feedback we heard. We will move back to Finley Toyota in the future.
