Assumed customers primary language was Spanish and continued to address customer in Spanish each time. Technician left for the day without bringing vehicle around to the front. Customer waited over an extra hour sitting around waiting for vehicle.

I was charged for a diagnostic and there when I called with questions, I never received a call back. I feel like they already knew I needed an oil pump and told me my 2018 Toyota Corolla needs a $1000 complete tear down to find out what’s the problem and now my cars oil light is still on and the diagnostic felt pointless.
