Having appointment at 11 am it took 3 hrs plus for a oil changed, too long not matter how busy you guys are. After 3 hrs waiting in your property at the moment to pay my bill was more that I was going to pay because I gave a 25 dollar coupon to the gay who attend me at the moment I got there but he did not applied to the bill and waiting more time to fix it.no a good service and disappointed about it. And this is not the first time it happen and no matter after being a customer for a long time.

Main concern was quoted about a 2hr wait time and it turned into 3.5 hrs!
Also, I was quoted $170 to change the two air filters in my car, which I declined. I then went to Autozone and bought the two filters for $46 total and easily installed them myself in about 10 minutes! $170 is outrageous!
I spent $369 today ($319 after a coupon was applied that I had to ask for) and now makes me wonder how much I was overcharged on the services I received. My fault I guess for not knowing competitive pricing for tire alignments, battery cleaning, etc…
I got an email for a free winter battery check and all that did was check the voltage…why wouldn’t that include a more inclusive service? Seemed silly to me to just get a voltage check for free…it got me in the door with the 15k service I needed so it worked I suppose, just expected more.
No need to contact me, I will be back in 5k miles so I can get the free services that are warranted under my car lease but probably will not get any other services from the dealership moving forward.
I will say that Kelli was friendly and well in helping me with the services.

I am disappointed with the service with Kelli. On Wednesday, I had an appointment set for my complimentary battery check and had concerns about an AC issue i’ve been having. I thought was covered by my warranty. When I showed up on Wednesday, Kelli immediately informed me that their service techs won’t be able to see the AC issue because they had left for the day. She scheduled me for Friday instead and said they can see what’s wrong with the AC. She never informed me that I had to pay $200 out of my pocket. I come today at 3pm, for an AC check. First thing she tells me is that the diagnosis is free however if they find a problem they’ll have to charge me $200 for the technician’s time and service. I understand, however i am disappointed with the lack of communication on her behalf. Why couldn’t she tell me on Wednesday that I potentially had to pay so that way i was more prepared ahead of time and didn’t waste my time. She wasn’t very apologetic about the situation and seemed like she didn’t care.
Truly am disappointed and don’t feel comfortable returning again. Please, future reference inform the customer about what they may have to pay out of pocket before scheduling an appointment.
