Every time I go there is always someone new, never the same people. It seems like Toyota has a high turnover employee wise. People there don’t seem happy for whatever reason, I never seen anyone smiling, and it can be very uncomfortable. Thinking in switching location , see if the other locations are different. Must be company culture l.

Very disappointed from my visit to your attention
Prior to appointment few sales people called to make appointment so I trade in my car (just bought in 2023) with false info...for 2024/25 model?
Why I did not get car wash after the service ?
And a female advisor tried to milk me $200 for a warranty item check ?
Very disappointed from your crew and way things moved/ changed in the dealership!

I had an appointment scheduled a week or so out so the parts for my recall would arrive in time.
I dropped my car off and they assured me they would fix the recall.
After a few hours they called to tell me that they couldn’t fix the recall because the parts weren’t there and they are vin specific so it’s “impossible the recall parts were used on another grand Highlander”
I called AutoNation Toyota down the street and they had the parts in stock, told me there’s no such thing as vin specific for that fix and my car is already fixed thanks to autonation. I will never be back to your dealer and I will never recommend anyone to go there for anything. Thanks for a waste of time.
