Hi, I wanted to bring something to your attention regarding my service today. After my vehicle was inspected, I noticed that when the cabin air filter was checked, everything from my glove compartment appeared to have been placed back carelessly. It looked like my belongings were simply thrown back in, which is not how they were before my visit. When I opened the glove compartment afterward, everything fell out because it had been packed in haphazardly. I know it was not left that way prior to my service. I would appreciate it if a little more care could be taken when handling customers’ personal belongings during future services. Thank you
