Overall, great experience with Lexus service staff. Only small hiccup on the last visit, was intending to be in and out in 10 mins, but took a little longer since keys were misplaced. Any other day, I wouldn't mind, but had to take my daughter to school that day. Unfortunately, she was 20 mins late for an exam ????

We brought our vehicle 3 times with the same issue - sizzling noise while driving. The vehicle was returned back to us with comments that the noise could not be replicated on a test drive by a technician. We had to drive the car around Glendale ourselves trying to figure out under what circumstances the noise would come up. We figured it out - when you drive uphill, the noise comes up. Not sure why the technician could not take some extra time and drive around to figure that out himself. We now need to take the car back and prove to the service department that the noise exists.
