Service was top notch. The one thing that Jared the experience was that they disconnected my dash cam but did not reconnected it before I picked it up. This is terribly unsafe and unnecessary.

Car was better before this service. Truck does not close and side view mirrors do not fold when cars is locked. These features were working fine before bringing it to maintenance. Picking up the car and sales consultant was friendly. However with issues like these we are unsatisfied with the overall experience.
This car had trunk issues and sensors were replaced only a few months ago. It’s not what was expected from Lexus.

Hello. I have all the wheels covered. On Monday 10/13/2025, I brought my car to the service center to replace a wheel. The puncture was on the left rear wheel. Your technicians replaced the wheel, and I came to pick up my car on the same day. However, there was a problem with the work of your employees. They scratched my front wheel on the right side. I am very dissatisfied with the work of your employees. They are not very attentive or careful. Now I need to find the time to bring the car back for 2 days and switch to a rental car, which is very difficult with 2 small children. I hope your manager has resolved this issue, and next time I won't have to worry about my car being damaged at the service center.

Not happy with the service at all!
You texted me to give you feedback on your service when your shop still has my car.
And, i called yesterday for an update on my car, as Erik never reached out. He was gone already. I requested a cb from his colleague to advise me of the status but never got a call back.
What is happening to Lexus? Look at my history with lexus cars ( not good incl previously owning a vehicle declared a lemon , hvng issues w current car right out of the lot, other stuff, and now this utterly unprofessional handling of the service). I can not recommend Lexus anymore.m, though used to be a firm believer in its quality of cars and service.
