Edgar was knowledgeable, professional, polite and he addressed my questions and concerns in the kindest manner. Edgar went above and beyond to ensure my experience at Lexus of Glendale was an enjoyable one.
It is nice to know that I will be well taken care of by both Sergio and Edgar when I have future appointments.
