Edgar is an excellent service manager. He updates me on timely manner and answered all my questions. I hope Lexus of Glendale hires more advisors like Edgar and keeps them a long time.

Danny was great!!! I have nothing bad to say about him.
But when I called for an appointment I said any day or time was fine but I need a loaner car. They gave me a time of 10:45.
I waited over 30 minutes for the loaner. No one was even behind the desk. I finally asked the cashiers what was going on?
A man finally came. I told him I could have come any time for an appointment but didn’t see why it took over 30 minutes to get my car.
This happened the last time I serviced my car too.
So I’m just saying it should not take so long to get a loaner car when u have requested it at the time u made your appointment. Especially when no one else is waiting for a loaner car.
I was happy with Danny though. He kept me informed about my car.
