5 Stars for Argenis Hernandez Escobar! I was totally impressed because this is the first time, in all my times going to Lexus for maintenance, that I had a service advisor come greet me as soon as I ariived. I thought I was dreaming because usually I have to wait 20 minutes on average for a service advisor to assist me after check in even when I have an appointment. He quickly assisted me with my maintenance needs and was very courteous and professional. I definitely think service advisors should just directly greet the customers and skip the guys who check in the car and have you wait for a service advisor to show up. It really gives a great impression on Lexus’ service.
