There needs to be someone working car arrivals at all times. I get that people are busy but having to pull up for a scheduled appointment and having to wait 20 mins just for someone to come out and check you in is pretty frustrating way to start the service experience. The person who checked my car was okay it seemed except the guy who finally did check me in said they were doing a tire rotation and a oil change because I had 2 free ones but looking at the papers they only did a tire rotation. Maybe it didn’t need an oil change but I hope it didn’t waste one of my services.
