After waiting for 3 1/2 hours I kept calling to check on the status of the maintenance service.. Thats when they asked me if I would like to change the filter… I wonder what would have happened if I didn’t call to check. I would have waited till 6 pm to be able to get my car.
It was very frustrating..
Appreciate the Lyft ride though.

My advisor did not send any updates on my car. I did not receive any calls or text messages regarding what my car might need. I waited and ended up having to call myself to ask if my car was ready. Once I called I was told it was ready for pick up. If I wouldn’t have called, when would I have known my car was ready? or what it needed. Now I need to schedule another appointment to service what was needed when I’m usually updated as soon as they find out so I can approve to get it done there.

I bought a new tire last week. The tire place had put 43 pounds air pressure in that tire.
After I picked up my car today from service, I noticed the 43 pounds was still there. They had not checked it and corrected the tire pressure.
Also, they measured the ttire depth, as for tire wear; 8,8,7&6. One tire is only one week old, one of them should’ve been higher than an 8. I don’t think the service person really did anything as far as the tires check the pressure not measure them correctly for wear. I just think they assume everything’s OK.
Really not a good idea☹️
