Joshua is good guy. I think he needs more experience in customer service. I give him a 7 out of 10. He just needs a little more experience in customer service.

I got a coupon for reduced price on an oil change. However they charged me more for "parts" these coupons should include the whole price. Honestly just sketchy and sleazy in my opinion. The world has been reduced to the fine print scam. It’s sad.
