I asked for tire rotation and was told it was included in the 20K service and wasn't done. No one said a word, I had marked my tires ahead of time and when I pick r up truck I saw they weren't moved I spoke with Supervisor. He tried to gaslight me. Then whatever substance they used to clean out AC system was bubbling and running out of the AX went all down the dash, carpet and floor mat. I cleaned it and hoping it wont permanently stain! Doubting now that Cabin filter was actually changed.

Cesar was super helpful, especially since I didn’t have an appointment. I was seen right away.
After my car was inspected for an hour for a leak in the tire, I was told that one couldn’t be located. I asked that the initial tire I had an issue with be checked again and sure enough, a leak was detected. I’m glad Cesar asked a second time, otherwise I would’ve driven off with a bad tire and would’ve had to pay more money than necessary!
