I think the oil changes need to be in and out. I’m not even on a maintenance plan but if you schedule on line for 930 it gives one hour slot that should be the max anyone wants to wait. But today it took 2-1/2 hours I’d rather just go to a quick change place to be loyal you have to get that down time is money weekends are short people don’t like to wait
