Went in to get my battery checked out since it said it had 84 month warranty. Service advisor said there might be a proration . Then later said I had to pay full price at 285 which I agreed on . I still asked if I got a proration since it said 84 months . Not only did I not get a proration I got the opposite I was told I had to pay more now 315 . Again I agreed but I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was not able to . I asked for a call back and did not get one . I will be looking to take my vehicle to another dealer now that’s this happened. I usually don’t say much about repair cost but this time it didn’t seem right . I will also contact Toyota .

I’m disappointed with the price gouging that dealerships do. It’s not a reflection of the service rep himself- Cesar was very polite and professional . The quote for my service started at $1143, and ended up coming down to $803. I don’t understand why pricing couldn’t have just started there. This alone was the main reason why I didn’t end up going with dealership, because I feel like they weren’t honest right from the beginning.
