I was advised to replace the air filters and perform a break fluid exchange as well as have the cars tires rotated. I declined the air filters replacement and break fluid exchange and decided to inspect the vehicle myself after returning home. It was hard to ignore a significant amount of debris under the hood, including leaves and nesting material from could possibly be a small critter. It was extremely apparent and should have been visible to anyone opening the hood.
Given that your team recommended air filter and break fluid services, which requires access under the hood, I’m concerned and disappointed this wasn’t brought to my attention. This raises the question of whether the inspection was actually performed or if this important detail was overlooked.
Was the hood opened during the inspection? I’d appreciate a response and transparency as I want to ensure my vehicle is properly maintained if I am to return to your service department.

My appointment was scheduled for 9:30, when I spoke to the rep to schedule they advised it would take about 2.5 hours and it took a 4.5 hours. If I would have been told this at the time of booking or before driving to the dealer I would have rescheduled. However, I was told the estimated time was 3-4 hours max which I wasn’t too pleased about but at that point I had driven 30 minutes to get to you and I had arranged a ride etc. so I didn’t have much of an option but to agree to the new time frame. Also, my car was dirty when returned it had specs of spray residue all over. I’m almost positive I didn’t drop my car off like that as I had gotten a car wash the day before but I can’t 100% confirm so the blame is not 100% on the dealer but perhaps keeping an eye on that for future customers. You guys are awesome! I initially took my car in to Toyota of Buena Park and was extremely disappointed in their service. I was 3rd in line and I had to wait like a 1/2 hour to get helped. I even saw that people that came before me got assisted before me. I honestly thought you guys were closer to the 605 or else I would’ve taken it to you guys from the start. So I go in and there’s a line at 6:50 from the drive onto Whittier Blvd. I was like, well, atleast I brought my book. Nah man, it took 20 minutes but they processed like 10 vehicles before me. That’s just outstanding. Great Team effort guys.
