Mark was great. I am satisfied with his service. However, next day that my wife drove the vehicle, she told me that the maitenence warning was still showing on the dashboard. I turned on the car and sure enough, the warning sisign still shows. At this point im not sure if the service was actually done on the car or not. In the papers said they did so i'm not sure. In addition, i live 30 min away and by the looks of it i will meed to take it to you again to fix that. And the inspectoon was not done either and i can only take the car to you on saturday very early. Is the only vehicle we have and can't affort to leave it overnite; unless you have a loaner we can use.

Appointment @ 11 told truck ready at 2, told another 45 minutes it be ready but took another hour. Had to wait long time before a service rep came to help me at 11am.
When I came for my truck no one help. I felt like the plague bad service for being the service department. My service rep seem bothered he had to help me.
