They did not resolve the problem. My car is still making a loud noise when backing up.. I spent $1,500.00 for a repair that did not resolve the issue.
I am very disappointed. I have another appointment next Tuesday and I am hoping that they can repair my vehicle. I usually get excellent service at this location, however, my last couple of visits were very underwhelming. I feel as though the staff is only interested in upselling their customers.

I was charged almost $600 for labor. All I got done on my car was new spark plugs, filter replacements, oil change and a drive belt replacement. This place overcharges their customers. During my visit I was never offered any coupons, I had to look them up myself. I believe this should have been offered upfront as part of your customer service. Due to the excessive charges, and lack of customer advocacy, this experience has made me reconsider being a customer in the future.
