One of my tires air pressure was low. I called service and they gave me an appointment right away. Soon after, they showed me the item that was in my tire, fixed it, and utilized my warranty so there was no charge to me. From start to finish, everyone was helpful and polite. Excellent service

I don't know where to start again. My experience with the oil change was handled very poorly. My wife was told it would take about an hour to an hour and a half. However, after two and a half hours, she was informed it would still be a while, and that it might be better to come back later.
Later that day, I called and was told that while they were performing a recall update, they accidentally killed the battery, and the car wouldn’t be ready until the next day. There was no apology for their incompetence, and it’s costing me extra with Uber rides.
The service representative mentioned he had left a note to prioritize the car in the morning. I called around 11 a.m. since I hadn’t heard anything yet, and they were just about to call me. I arrived around 2 p.m. to pick up the car, paid, but didn’t receive any acknowledgment because I guess it was just accepted that it was a bad experience. When I went outside to get,the car was not where it was supposed to be; it was parked in the back somewhere. This further annoyed me.
I informed them about my negative experience, and while they were apologetic, they offered my next oil change for free, which I appreciate. However, once I got into the car, I noticed that although I think the oil change was completed, I’m not 100% sure. There was no new sticker on the windshield, and the car's mileage shows I'm still 1,700 miles overdue for an oil change, which hasn’t been reset.
Now I have to figure that out on my own. My last experience with the AC fan also involved a lot of waiting and miscommunication, and it was quite frustrating. I had a good experience purchasing the car but dealing with service has been disappointing, unfortunately.

This was the first time getting service. No one did wrong, however, Hyundai service is substantially less customer oriented than what I have experienced in the past. (I did not have a Hyundai). I always had the service department pick up and deliver my car for service and I already knew that would be happening, but I always also had my car washed and vacuumed — all part of the service plan. I didn’t get that either. Well, now I know not to expect these things.
