**Deceptive Service – I Figured It Out in One Minute!**

I went to Pride Hyundai Service Center on June 10, 2025, for a trunk latch issue. They told me it needed to be completely replaced, had me sitting there for **two hours**, and tried to charge me for an unnecessary repair.
When I got home, I spent **one minute** on YouTube and figured out the real issue—it just needed to be unlocked! I am **not stupid**, and it’s clear they were either incompetent or deliberately misleading me.
This was a complete waste of my time, and I will **never** go back. Customers deserve honesty, not scams. This experience felt like a deliberate attempt to mislead me into paying for an unnecessary repair. Whether it was incompetence or an outright scam, I will never return to this service center. Customers deserve honesty and integrity, and unfortunately, I did not find that here. David Steel is a rip off..scumbag

Still waiting for a loaner car since March 24, 2025. I was never contacted to resolved the problem I came in for. Worst service ever !!! I told this to Leigh T in a message on 3/27. No response. Worst service department I ever dealt with!!! Don't bother contacting me. I will find service elsewhere!!!!

Damon was very helpful but the actual service department is incapable of determining and solving a problem that I have reported consistently since purchasing my vehicle in 2024. It was actually witnessed by Jeff and since they could not solve the issue, I was told that the problem is what should be expected.
