My concerns mostly felt dismissed. The front trunk storage compartment has water infiltration from condensation. The gasket was replaced once but the problem wasn't fixed. When I brought it in again, the technician said they didn't find any leaks and essentially did nothing. They didn't even wipe the condensation out of the compartment.
The representative at the desk said there wasn't anything they could do and that the compartment wasn't meant to be airtight. This is despite the storage compartment clearly being meant to be an equivalent space to the trunk, where water infiltration also wouldn't be tolerated. The representative said to just put damp-rid in the compartment.
I took the car to another dealer and they found there was still an issue with the gasket and that it was (perhaps) not installed correctly. They are now going to replace it to fix the issue. Overall, I'm not happy with this service and the apparent acceptance of an issue that should not be a problem.
