The Lexus team is always professional and look so great when you drive in . They're kind and attentive and answered all my questions. I am a quality assurance supervisor and your team gets an A. I did mention I am thinking about a new car after my drive Tuesday and it will probably be a Lexus in the future.

My wife dropped off the car. We have prepaid maintenance and she even signed a paper showing there was no cost. She was charged for the service at the end. She felt like this was targeting her because she is a female. I am not sure what process needs to be reviewed so this doesn’t happen again. I noticed last winter a warning came up about the collision sensor ‘ then it went away. I’m glad it is fixed, as I love this car. Service was excellent and even found a new (X) for back of the car. I am always amazed @ the efficiency of the service department.
