Overall, I am satisfied, but disappointed with the lack of communication regarding the status of my vehicle. I dropped my vehicle off Thursday evening and was told that I had a 6:30 am appt on Friday. Additionally, I was told that it would take 2 days to complete all suggested repairs and a loner car would be available. Upon drop off, we agreed to complete only one of the major repairs and they would evaluate the need for the other repair and would call to let me know. After not hearing from anyone on Monday, I reached out to the service department several times and left messages about my vehicle and anticipated completion of the repairs. I was not contacted about my car until early evening Tuesday when they called and left a message informing me that my vehicle was ready.

Alec and everyone we dealt with was outstanding. I think everyone laughed at my stupid jokes, so that moved everyone up on my list of smart and outstanding people I know.
Thinking about it, the second question about a trade in quote probably doesn't make much sense because we've only had this car for 2 weeks. And if you just laughed at this you also have moved up the list of smart and outstanding people I know.
Seriously, it was one of the best experiences we had dealing with a service department from a car dealer.
