Nick was awesome! I was very upset and have been with my TX350. I had to have a tire replaced (my fault) but he made sure I would be able to get it replaced on Saturday. He called me at the end of a Friday to listen to my venting and made sure he could help. I still am NOT happy with the TX 350, but the service department is GREAT.
