Please contact my husband, Brian Vassar at ****-****-xxxx. The oil pan drain plug was not tightened. My husband had to put the car on ramps to find the source of oil leaking and could loosen the drain plug by hand. Called on Saturday for help and told to take it to local shop. No call back to check if issue resolved.
