Nick’s service was good. When I was at dealership I spoke to a tech specialist for assistance with my app and some car ‘computer’ things on the car. When I got home my phone app still said the hood and doors were up and unlocked. I called Nick asking for assistance from tech support he said he would give them a message to call me….. it never happened. I don’t enjoy my car because of all the technical things I don’t understand or can’t make them functions.
