Never having been to your dealership, I was somewhat apprehensive as to whether I had approached from the correct entrance. I was immediately greeted by a kind young man who offered to bring my car into the service bay and to find my service representative for me. What a great first impression! I'm not sure if this is normal but I made an appointment for 930 and got there on time. I was sitting a few mintues before all the people that came in for the same thing but I was the last to leave. I know this is a Lexus dealer but it is Baxter and that all that matter when you give someone 45k cash. But anyways I do enjoy the deal for the service but not waiting two hours. I feel like everyone with a Lexus got service faster. I was there first with an appointment.

Had tires rotated on Wednesday, after making 3rd trip because Tire Inflation Warning light is still on - I’m told it’s going to cost $500 - two sensors are bad. They were not bad before Lexus rotated the tires. Service Manager doesn’t have the customer skills to speak with me.
Take responsibility Lexus! Sensors can be damaged, even when one is not removing tire from wheel - nice try.
